Nadine Boe, CEO
Ms. Boe joined Northland Health Centers in December of 2009. As Chief Executive Officer, her main responsibilities are to direct the health centers in short and long-term strategic planning and implementation, along with resource allocation and operation efficiency. She directs the development of operational processes and process improvement in support of health organization's mission. Ms. Boe is an experienced, effective leader with a strong record of success and working collaboratively with patients, staff and community leaders to make Northland a strong, productive Community Health Center.
Rachel Hanson, CFO
Ms. Hanson joined Northland Health Centers in January of 2014. As Chief Financial Officer, her main responsibility is to promote a high level of financial and operations performance while monitoring, directing, analyzing, and reporting the financial operations to the CEO and Board of Directors. She is also responsible for maintaining superior customer service and ensuring the business environment is efficient and responsive for the safe delivery of patient care and the meaningful practice of medicine. Ms. Hanson is an effective leader who will enhance and grow the organization into the next century.
David Aas, CIO
David Aas is a native of Minot, North Dakota. He attended Minot State University, and obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota with a major in Accounting. Mr. Aas is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for CPA firms, banks, and technology companies. Aas has many years of experience working with servers, workstations, networks and telephone applications. His position is Chief Information Officer and assists the CEO with public policy efforts for Northland as an organization and in conjunction with the Community Healthcare Association of the Dakotas. He also serves on the Leadership Committee of the Great Plains Health Data Network.
Kelly Murray, CWO
Ms. Murray joined Northland Health Centers in January 2016 bringing with her over 20 years of management experience. As Chief Workforce Officer, Ms. Murray provides day to day employee relations and administers all Human Resource functions including recruitment, employee benefit plans, and assisting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. She is responsible in establishing Human Resources objectives in line with organizations objectives, and also assists in the development of the organization’s strategies and direction.
